Fully Managed by Local Experts
Our local team runs it for you. After setup, nothing for you to manage.
Why Ardin
Handled and explained, not another tool to run.
Antivirus alone hands you software to manage. With Ardin, our team runs it, and you get the results.
One clear story per incident
Related activity is grouped into one incident, not a flood of alerts.
Told whenever we act
You're told every time we take action on one of your computers, and never buried in alerts.
Tested every week
We test our detections against real attack techniques every week in our own lab.
A monthly report
What we tested, the state of your computers, and what changed.
See everything from your phone
Incidents, your computers and every action we've taken, from your phone or computer.
Protection gaps flagged
We spot computers that have fallen out of protection, like antivirus that's out of date.

Questions
Frequently asked questions.
Do we need to change our network?
No. Ardin only connects outward over the internet, so there's no VPN, no firewall changes and no new hardware. Laptops are covered anywhere they have an internet connection.
What do we have to do?
Setup, once. We install Ardin on your Windows computers, and you give one authorization. After that, there's nothing for you to manage.
Will we be flooded with alerts?
No. Our team gets the alerts and handles them. You hear from us whenever we take action on one of your computers, and you can see everything in the portal. If you'd like incident emails too, you can switch them on.
What does the AI actually do?
For each incident, AI reads the evidence, explains what happened, and helps tell routine activity from a real threat. It doesn't make the decisions: our detection rules and the antivirus do the detecting, and our people decide what to do.
What happens if ransomware hits?
Hidden decoy files sit on each workstation. If one is touched and a second sign of ransomware shows up within minutes, that workstation is disconnected from the network automatically, without waiting for anyone. Our team then looks into it, and it can be reconnected from the portal.
Do you cover Macs, phones or email?
Not Macs or phones. Email and Microsoft 365 are coming soon. Today Ardin covers Windows 10 and 11 desktops and laptops, and Windows servers. See what's covered.
